Shipping and Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

Due to the nature of the products no returns are accepted. 

We accept exchanges for damaged products or if the incorrect items were shipped. Please fill out our “Contact Us” form found in the "Contact Us" section.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If any product is returned to the sender due to damage, the undamaged items will be refunded to the customer and we will file a claim for the damaged product through the shipping carrier. Upon acceptance of the claim, we will refund the leftover amount back to the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any and all circumstances.

Damage products due to shipping must be processed by the shipping company. The claim must be submitted directly to the shipping company. 

Cancellations

Please fill out our contact form found in the "Contact Us" section as soon as possible. Make sure you include your order number and/or email associated with your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Shipping

We'll work diligently to complete your order and ship it out quickly. All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and filling your order. Estimated processing and shipping times do not include weekends, holidays, or non-business days.

When you check out, you will choose your shipping method. All orders over $39.99 are shipped free.

Delivery may take up to 3-5 business days based on the selected product's transit time.

Our delivery times are based on orders placed Monday through Friday. We will process all orders received after 4:00 PM EST the following business day.

Check your shipping address carefully! If an address error is made, Dulce Cajica, LLC reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements.

Shipping To PO Boxes
In addition to PO Boxes, we can also ship to APO, FPO and us territories addresses.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. Our products are shipped to all 50 states in the United States.
